Taxi Driver Desk
1.1. This Privacy Policy describes what personal data we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with, the legal basis for processing, and the rights of users.
1.2. This Policy applies to the Taxi Driver Desk mobile application and the Taxi Fleet Manager application ecosystem, developed and operated by Iryna Chyzhevska (referred to as "we", "us", or "Data Controller").
1.3. We commit to protecting the privacy and security of all processed information in accordance with GDPR and applicable legislation.
2.1. Identification data: first name, last name, phone number, email, login, account ID, interface language.
2.2. Account data: user status, association with a Fleet, assigned vehicles, profile settings.
2.3. Financial data: earnings, deductions, balance history, invoices.
2.4. Vehicle data: make, license plate, VIN, mileage, maintenance history.
2.5. Location data (GPS): GPS coordinates, routes, times of operation.
2.6. Feedback and ratings: professional feedback from Fleets regarding the Driver.
2.8. Technical data: IP address, device type, app version, push token.
3.1. We obtain data:
4.1. Maintaining accounts and providing Platform functionality.
4.3. Accounting for settlements and vehicle management.
4.5. Monitoring safety and preventing fraud.
4.7. Generating ratings and providing technical support.
5.1. Performance of a contract: when processing is necessary for the operation of the account and services.
5.2. Legitimate interest: protecting Fleet property, safety, and background/trust checks.
5.4. Legal obligation: storing data due to statutory requirements.
6.1. The Fleet receives access to the Driver's data necessary for cooperation management (GPS, Balance, feedback).
6.2. The Driver receives access to their earnings, vehicle status, and notifications.
6.3. Other Fleets may access the Driver's ratings to verify reliability.
7.1. The Taxi Driver Desk mobile app collects location data (GPS coordinates), including in the background (when the app is closed or not in use).
7.2. Background location collection is required to enable core features, specifically: receiving nearby orders from the fleet, tracking and calculating trip routes, and showing your position to passengers.
7.3. Important: your location will only be displayed to passengers after a vehicle is assigned and handed over to you.
7.4. We process GPS data to protect fleet property, ensure trip safety, and prevent fraud.
7.5. We minimize the volume of location data processed and apply strict role-based access.
8.1. To infrastructure providers, push notification services, and analytical tool vendors.
8.4. To state authorities — if required by law.
10.1. We store data as long as necessary for the processing purposes and statutory compliance.
10.2. Once no longer required, data is deleted or anonymized.
11.1. The user has the right to access, rectify, or erase data, as well as the right to data portability and to object to processing.
