Taxi Fleet Manager / Driver Desk

1. STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

As a user of the Taxi Fleet Manager or Driver Desk mobile app, you can initiate the deletion of your account as follows:

Through the App:
1. Open the "Help" (or Settings) section in your application.
2. Select the option to contact support (Send email).
3. Create an email with the subject "Account Deletion".
4. Send the request from your registered email address.
Direct Request:
You can also send an email to renttaxicarbot@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion", providing your phone number or account ID.

2. DATA DELETION TIMELINE

Upon receipt and verification of your request, all data associated with the account will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.

3. CONFIRMATION REPORT

Once the deletion process is complete, you will receive an official confirmation via email. The message will contain a report on the request status and a list of the data types that have been removed from our system.

4. DATA TYPES DELETED AND RETAINED

Deleted:

  • Personal information (Name, phone number, email);
  • Driver or fleet manager profile;
  • Application activity history;
  • Notification settings.

Retained:

The Administration reserves the right to retain certain information (e.g., financial transaction history or contractual obligations) for the period specified by applicable law (typically up to 3 years) for accounting, taxation, or legal dispute resolution purposes.
